Acterra delivers sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) fuel-systems work through Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs), as a subcontractor to the awarded base prime. Service tiers scale up to major structural and coating refurbishments, delivered with flexibility and accountability under USACE oversight.

SRM projects are typically larger in scope than RMMR task orders. Our work may include full system upgrades, major component replacement, and modernizing existing facilities to meet current operational, environmental, safety, and technical requirements.

As with RMMR, Acterra performs this work as a subcontractor, supporting the prime rather than holding the prime contract. We coordinats closely with the prime contractor, government representatives, designers, equipment manufacturers, and other trades to complete each task order in accordance with project specifications, installation schedules, base-access requirements, and quality and safety standards.
